Baltimore Hebrew Institute

The Baltimore Hebrew Institute supports the growing Judaic Studies programs at Towson University.  Offering the Master of Arts in Jewish studies, Jewish Education, and Jewish Communal Services in addition to dual degrees and certificate programs, Towson University is committed to the education and training of the next generation of Judaic scholars and professionals. Students come from across the country to earn these distinctive degrees, impressed with the dedication of prominent faculty and strong community support for these programs.

Gifts to the Baltimore Hebrew Institute provide vital funds for need and merit–based scholarship for students in the graduate degree programs in Judaic studies.  On behalf of our students, thank you!

Donors interested in discussing specific programmatic and capital gift opportunities may contact Erika Schon at 410-704-7117.

Your contribution will benefit Towson University and will be administered by the Towson University Foundation, Inc. Gifts to the Foundation qualify as charitable contributions to an IRC Section 501(c) (3) public charity for federal income, estate and gift tax purposes.
